

Sam’s undeniable passion shows through her training. She is very knowledgable, thorough, responsive and genuine. I love that her training is based on complete lifestyle changes and improvements.
Admittedly, my biggest concern when I started to work with Seazon Fitness was the way I looked. I think many of us who seek trainers and coaches can relate, however that focus quickly shifted for me. I began to notice the differences in myself mentally and within my body, aside from the way I looked. In just a few short weeks, the changes in my mental and physical health are something that I simply can’t put into words. Working with Seazon Fitness really helped open my eyes to what I was doing wrong on my own and why I wasn’t getting results with the same old things I was doing. Sam puts a fun, modern twist on the basics and makes you look forward to the next set. Her nutritional guidance allows you to still eat food you love. Working virtually with a coach can be intimidating but Sam’s consistent communication and friendly accountability check-ins make you forget how far she may be from you!
